1. Match Rules

A. Standard Regulations

Duration:  This will be confirmed as soon as possible

Extra Time: If necessary, two 15-minute extra time periods will be played.

Penalty Shootout: If the score remains tied after extra time, a penalty shootout will determine the winner.

B. Substitutions

Maximum Substitutions: Teams are allowed up to 5 substitutions per match.

Additional Substitution: One additional substitution is allowed during extra time.

2. Player Conduct

A. Fair Play

No Fighting: Physical altercations will result in immediate red cards and potential suspension from the tournament.

Respect for Officials: Players and coaches must respect referees and match officials. Dissent will be penalized.

B. Non-Discrimination

Zero Tolerance Policy: Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Penalties for Discrimination: Any form of discrimination will result in severe penalties, including match forfeiture and disqualification from the tournament.

3. Organizational Policies

A. Health and Safety

Medical Staff: Qualified medical staff must be present at all matches.

Emergency Protocols: Detailed emergency procedures must be in place for injuries and other incidents.

B. Security

Venue Security: Ensure adequate security at all venues to protect players, officials, and spectators.

Crowd Control: Implement measures to manage crowd behavior and prevent disturbances.

C. Fair Competition

Team Eligibility: All teams must comply with eligibility rules, including player nationality and club affiliation.

Match Integrity: Measures to prevent match-fixing and ensure the integrity of the competition.

4. Technical Regulations

A. Equipment

Standardized Gear: All teams must use approved footballs, kits, and equipment.

Inspection: Equipment will be inspected before matches to ensure compliance.

B. Field of Play

Field Dimensions: The pitch must meet standard dimensions as per FIFA regulations.

5. Disciplinary Procedures

A. Yellow and Red Cards

Accumulation: Two yellow cards in different matches result in a one-match suspension.
